Commission Process...

What does a commission look? Well, there are many steps:

1. You fill out a commission form and send it to me. I will either accept or refuse the commission.

2. I will send you the invoice for the commission. I may also ask some more questions to get a sense of what you want for your commission.

3. You must pay the deposit (50% of the commission cost), before I start working on the commission.

4. I sketch the commission. I will also create a color palette. I will then send you the sketch and palette to get approval.

5. If there are revisions that you want  made, I will alter the sketch/palette and send them back to you! We may repeat this process twice if necessary. I want you happy with your commission!

6. I will get to work on finishing the artwork. Every week I will send a progress email to show you how it's going. If there are any problems/questions I run into, I will email you.

7. When the commission is finished, I will send you a low resolution image of the final product.

8. When you finish paying the rest of the commission, I will send over the final product.

1. If the image is traditional, I will send you a scan at 600 dpi, in PDF, JPEG and PNG format. (JPEG and PNG will be cleaned up properly) I will ship the original if applicable.

2. If the image is digital I will send three files: JPEG, PNG and .clip. .clip is the original Clip Studio Paint file complete with layers.

3. If you desire minor changes or a different file format, let me know and I will try to oblige

TLDR: Fill out a commission form and I'll let you know what's expected of you at each step.
